Ordering Fast Food Vocabulary

What kind of drink? : At a fast food restaurant, this usually means what kind of soda, although other drinks like coffee or water are possible too.

To stay: Eating inside the restaurant. You can also get your food “to go,” which means that you’ll take it away and eat it at home or somewhere else.

Employee: Hi, what can I get you?
Sara: I’d like a double cheeseburger meal, please.
Employee: Sure, what kind of drink would you like?
Sara: Do you have Pepsi?
Employee: No, just Coke.
Sara: Okay, I’ll have that.
Employee: Anything else?
Sara: Oh, no mustard on that burger, please. And also no onions.
Employee: Okay.
Sara: That’s everything.
Employee: Is that to stay or to go?
Sara: Hmm….what time is it? 12:15? To stay is fine. Thank you.
